I have loved listening to music, trying to sing and messing with instruments my entire life, since I got a Fisher Price record player as a child.

I sang in the school choir until the age of 13 or so when my voice broke…and I spent years believing that I would never sing again. I sounded terrible. So I turned to instruments and played them badly instead.

I never thought I could sing again…

Then someone mentioned that they had read a couple of things on the internet about training your voice muscles to improve their singing voice. As a natural cynic, I didn’t really think it was possible.

But, I read a few of the articles and tried a couple of the techniques…and started to hear an improvement. One thing lead to another and after several excellent online training courses, I am happy to sing in the shower again 🙂

I hope my little website will help you get the confidence to start singing or improve your voice. I hope to write a bit about playing instruments and maybe even some song-writing too. Lets see how it goes…
